Terms and conditions


  1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artworks, refunds or exchanges are not offered.
  2. Questions about artworks. Please contact the artist before purchasing if you have any questions or need more information about a work.
  3. Local collection. Artworks available for local pickup at the Bodalla Arts Factory must be collected during the scheduled times:
    • Saturday, 23 November between 3:00–4:00 pm
    • Monday, 25 November between 5:00–6:00 pm
  4. If you are unable to collect during these times, please contact the artist in advance. Artworks will only be held for one week after the exhibition; uncollected works may be returned to stock or shipped at the artist’s discretion.
  5. Shipping. All artworks shipped via Australia Post will be insured. Please see the Shipping & Delivery section for details.
